Since So.ra.no.wo.to episode 4 was below my original expectation, I decided to go for Yumeiro Patissiere episode 16 impression.

Now, first thing first, from the last week's preview, I already knew
about the kiss, but I didn't think Ichigo would simply brush it aside as
a "greeting". It was interesting to see Kashino and Andou's reaction
but not unexpected. From this episode, it seems clear that the
relationship will involve mainly Hanabusa and Kashino, where as Andou
will probably give his friends thoughtful advice. As much as I would
perfer Hanabusa X Ichigo couple over Kashino X Ichigo, I just don't
think that will happen. Anyways, I'm glad they didn't drag on or get too
dramatic with the romance element. Hopefully, it won't affect the
tournament.
About the technique that Hanabusa came up with to use 'rose water', I
was tad disappointed. This idea was already suggested by Ichigo from
previous episode and I thought if it is too strong, why not make it
weaker by adding water or something. Essentially, what Hanabusa did is
the same thing but he uses syrup instead of water. That said, what
Ichigo came up with, I have to say, was pretty clever. Rose, peach,
white chocolate and red tea combination does feel right and I really
wanted to taste it myself! And Andou finally get to use non-matcha
ingredient! It was also great to see Ichigo's talent to flourish. I
thought it was a great way to present her ingenuity to the viewers.
Overall, this was a very good episode. I hope the rest of the tournament stay as interesting as this one(Unfortunately, I didn't like the preview for episode 17)
*p.s: I forgot to mention last time but I really like Ichigo's voice. It feels cute yet not generic.
