Urasawa Naoki and Katushika Hokusei's Master Keaton's animation adaption. (Though apparently, it was the editor, Nagasaki Takashi, who made up most of the stories....;;;) Anyways, it was a decent series, but I think I enjoyed Monster/ Yawara! more than Master Keaton. (Though I haven't finished this series yet ^^;;)
Packaging is pretty bad. Since this kind of series is bound to do bad, I guess it's not really a surprise. Video quality is horrible. I think this was one of the worst looking video quality for 90's show I've seen. I don't think the problem lies on the encoding. I think the problem is the source itself. They REALLY need to remaster this one.
