Video quality & Audio quality same as the previous volumes. This time radio guest is Goto Mai. I think it was as fun as the one with Ayumi. I think these seiyuu commentaries are much more fun when seiyuus are talkative and less generic.

So... episode 10 already. This episode was decent upto the point where
Yukine came to rescue. But, I
could not sympathize with Lashara's sudden mood swing. She was often
used as a comedic relief so even when she suddenly got all teary, it was hard to get emotional. Then there was Kenshi's decision on
building his own country. I mean, yeah, it kinda fits his character but
even in this kind of situation, I can't find much seriousness in story
development. I personally wanted Flora to be more evil but only thing
she did that somewhat came close to evil was pressuring Lashara a bit.
Anyways, Doll uses Gaiah's Shield again but dang, it has a mouth of its
own;;; Is it a face? I wonder if it's going to "Gattai" later? For some
reason she doesn't use that crazy laser beam kind of thing this time(I'm
guessing it's because Masaki Kajishima just wanted 1-1 battle...-_-).
It seems like the church had something big planned even before Kenshi
came to this world, but I can't really put my finger on what this could
be. I'm vaguely guessing that it probably has to do with Seikishin and
Gaiah's Shield. Lan is getting more and more arrogant(and more
screentime). I think she is the stereotypical character that gets what
she deserve in the end. Oh, and the red hair girl from OP finally show
up in this episode. It seems like she knows a lot about Kenshi already,
and is it just a coincidence that her name is the same as Kenshi's
mother? Now that Mexiah = Doll is confirmed, it looks to me that she is a
good candidate for Neizai, but who knows?
Ah, and since we are on the topic of Tenchi world, in one of the radio
commentary tracks, someone asked "It looks like last names of some
characters match with characters from Photon. What is their
relationship?" Masaki Kajishima actually answered that there is NO
relationship among them since the time gap between the two worlds is too
big.
Next episode... is this what principal was talking about before?
Darkside of Kenshi?
