orz... so I ended up buying it. For some reason, Geneon did not put this series out on Blu-ray, despite the fact that they are releasing all the new TV series in Blu-ray. Well, the episode itself was pretty good. Frankly, last OVA's somewhat werid character design change and lack of comedy was a bit of a downer, but this time around, I was quite satisfied with the content. But still, TV series was the best.
Now, the problem is, lack of extras. Last OVA had voice actresses commentary but this time, just a box and note. WTF is this? You put 25min anime in DVD and sell it for 6000yen when everything is made in HD, and this is all I get? On top of that, video quality is bad. How come TV series, which came out the earliest has the best video qualtiy? -_- encoding is not bad, but it's way too blurry. Sigh... and I still bought it... what a dumbass...
